I am fascinated with the Monome. What is it?
It’s small box covered in keypads that connects to a computer and behaves
according to the application being run. Sonic scientist Primus Luta
has created a mixtape using this device as the central instrument.
He then blended his Monome creations with acapellas from
a wide range of artists, including Dead Prez, Saafir,
Digable Planets, M.O.P. and many more. The
mixtape and some more extras are available on
his website. Enjoy the experimentation.
